It's winter in St. Paul,
Minnesota, and Marin Peterson is going across the city to take her cranky mother, Rita, to
a quilt show. In addition to animosity between the two of them, they encounter some
problems on the road and end up broke down in a bad part of town. Will they get to
safety not?
